I was worried that the use of the term “video” is applied somewhat loosely here, and that “visuals” would be a better word (Binary Fate‘s social network uses “visuals”). But once the box inset with the singing little girl showed up and got all edited to match the vocals, I thought I’d upgrade it to full-on video status. It’s just messed-with nature footage and the aforementioned singer but in that inevitable way of the internet, someone made it look awesome. The track itself is well structured and showcases some multi-pitched sample fuckery we all love. A chorus of syllables can blend into a monk-style drone subtly and that zen comes out. If you know BF for more witchy or drag sounds, “Time Flow” ups the mood and pace with a little more of a chill bounce.
The whole point tho is to be on watch for the upcoming album “Deference.” If “Time Flow” is any indicator, I’d recommend a healthy dose of anticipation for the project.
