Along with certain other burgeoning acts that refuse to be put in a box, Mykki Blanco has been a real breath of fresh air for music in general, running straight in the face of genres inundated with recycled ideas. The track has been out for a while but the release of this video has it on repeat again. Don’t try to categorize, don’t try to label, just appreciate important music set to dramatic, engaging visuals.
